Centrul de Afaceri Transilvania (CAT), ca reprezentant al organizatiei germane de consultanta Senior Experten Service (SES), ofera firmei dumneavoastra posibilitatea de a beneficia de servicii gratuite de consultanta, cursuri de perfectionare a angajatilor si gasirea de parteneri de afaceri. Prin SES va puteti alinia si integra rapid-usor-ieftin in Single Market a UE.

Expertul poate intocmi la cerere un business-plan, un studiu de pre-fezabilitate sau de mediu, un STE - Studiu Tehnico-Economic, o analiza diagnostic, precum si identifica surse de finantare pentru dezvoltarea afacerilor firmei dumneavoastra.

Expertii germani ofera asistenta pentru:

1. imbunatatirea calitatii produselor si serviciilor;
2. introducerea de noi tehnici si tehnologii; Ghid pentru Cerere sau Oferta de Tehnologie (http://www.e-cat.ro/irc);
3. controlul costurilor, gestiune si administrare;
4. legaturi de afaceri;
5. identificarea de surse pentru finantare;
6. vanzari si achizitii, promovarea produselor;
7. planificarea activitatii firmei, marketing si management;
8. dezvoltarea de firme mixte, parteneriate internationale;
9. pregatirea angajatilor, managementul resurselor umane, etc.
10. achizitionarea de echipamente second hand , etc

Toate aceste servicii, oferite sub marca "Made in Germany", au o calitate de un inalt nivel garantata de experienta si modul de lucru al specialistilor germani.

Perioada de consultanta si training poate varia intre 1 saptamana si 6 luni. Firma romaneasca va asigura cheltuielile de gazda, cazarea si masa consultantului german, in conditii decente, pe durata desfasurarii consultantei si va acorda acestuia o diurna simbolica de 5 Euro/ zi (platita in lei la cursul BNR, la inceputul perioadei de asistenta).

Pentru a fi acceptate, firmele trebuie sa aiba cel putin 8 angajati, sa functioneze de cel putin 1 an si sa nu fie falimentare.

Baza de date cu experti SES acopera practic toate domeniile de activitate: industrie, agricultura, constructii, infrastructura, comert, servicii, transport, cercetare, invatamant, cultura, sanatate, sport, administratie locala, caritate …

General Conditions for SES Assignment

  1. SES assignments aim at education and training of local personnel and guidance to self reliance. This is generally combined with solving actual problems at the client’s premises.
  2. Assignment requests including job description and assignment target are to be directed to SES who assumes that similar requests are not sent simultaneously to other organizations.
  3. Assignments should not be shorter than two weeks and not last longer than six months. Follow-up missions are possible.
  4. Senior Experts work without pay. Expenses related to their activities (lodging, board, local transport, a daily allowance - pocket money in local currency, and international travel) are to be borne by the client.
  5. The SES charges a contribution to its overheads depend on the duration of the assignment, and an additional lump sum for extras. Under certain circumstances payment relieves can be granted.
  6. For assignments lasting several months, the client is expected to bear the additional cost for an accompanying spouse.
  7. After precise definition of the assignments and mutual agreement on the Senior Expert to be assigned, an Assignment Agreement will be concluded between Senior Experten Service and the client.
  8. Consequently, the SES concludes an Assignment Contract with the respective Senior Expert.
  9. An assignment contract between client and Senior Expert is excluded.
  10. The SES does not assume any liability for the Senior expert’s activities.
