PROJECT OVERVIEW
  • VIVA targets small-sized enterprises (SMEs) in a rapid growth phase 
  • VIVA offers on line application services to support SMEs in: Strategy, Financing, Marketing & Commercial Policies, Business Management, Balance Scorecarding, Human Resource, Managerial Consulting and Training and more 
  • VIVA pilot operations are developed in 4 European countries: France, Italy, UK and Romania.
  • VIVA services are hosted by national ASP provider linked in an European network.

SERVICES
  • Corporate application services to support SMEs’ operations with  on line  ERP, CRM, HRM and eBusiness. 
  • Community development services for VIVA users’ network, rising business opportunities to the subscribing enterprises.
  • Online consulting services to enable SMEs in assessing their status and building their strategy. Two major services will be offered:

    • - Diagnosys services 
    - Business planning  for development projects

Exploitation
  • 4 different actors:

    • - technical operator
    - commercial operator
    - service provider
    - SME
  • Product/service

    • - platform in an ASP-Application Service Provision model
    - two types of online services: already integrated/to be integrated
  • Market

    • - SME, final customers of services
    - Service providers, customers of the ViVa platform
    - RED as marketing canal or/and service providers

Commercial & technology operator(s)
VIVA operator is responsible for the administration and support of customers   (SMEs):
  • -  Customers accounts management (in particular cashing the membership fees)
  • -  Customer operational services (ex. complaints monitoring)
  • -  Creating and maintaining the company multi-language information for different services
  • -  Marketing activities
  • -  Technical and security services
VIVA operator in long term acts as a company offering it’s on-line application and services all around Europe to SMEs with a rapid growth through a network of REDs.

VIVA services providers offer services to REDs, which will offer them to SMEs- and/or  directly to SMEs, on the VIVA platform .

ACTIVITIES
Managing IT Support &services for emergence and formalisation of the projects linked to Information Society Development

Objectives: key actors
  • Clarify the co-operation objectives for each Eastern Country: BULGARIA, ROMANIA, POLAND, RUSIA, GEORGIA, (CZECH REPUBLIC, SLOVAKIA).
  • Identify & select EC initiatives in line with the priorities
  • Establish a « promoter » group for each eastern country
  • Provide support for the selection of projects & ENERGIA services
