President (designer, founder, developer and manager of the Center), Corespondent of EC-BRE network; Director of IRC-Innovation Relay Center; representative of the consulting organizations: NMCP-Netherlands, SES-Germany and UNIDO-COMFAR; trade missions in over 65 countries from Europe, America, Asia, Africa, Australia; initiator and developer of  ICT and Internet networking in the region of Transylvania; founder and sponsor of NetG- Lyceum Business Center -LBC Progam; Transilvania Fashion Program; and more; international consultant.
