PENTRU  A  VA  CREA  UN VIITOR  PROSPER

Centrul de Afaceri Transilvania (CAT) are deja noua ani de colaborare cu prestigioasa organizatie olandeza de consultanta Netherland Management Co-operation Programme  ( NMCP )  cu sediul la Haga.

Succesul proiectelor realizate in beneficiul firmelor membre CAT, ne indreptateste sa privim cu optimism spre rezultatele actiunilor  viitoare destinate firmei dumneavoastra.  Firma  trebuie sa aiba minimum 10 angajati, sa aiba capital majoritar romanesc  si sa functioneze de un an.

Domeniile de activitate: constructii, industrie, mestesuguri, agricultura si zootehnie, transporturi, turism, bancar, asigurari, alte servicii. 

In prima etapa a programului, firma dumneavoastra va beneficia de asistenta tehnica gratuita din partea unui expert olandez. Acesta va analiza posibilitatile de dezvoltare si colaborare ale firmei si va oferi consultanta de specialitate necesara in domeniul: productiei, marketingului, resurselor umane, finantare, management, parteneriat cu firme olandeze si din Uniunea Europeana. 

Expertul va putea realiza la cerere un studiu de pre-fezabilitate sau business plan pentru dezvoltarea afacerilor dumneavoastra. Exista si posibilitatea solicitarii unei noi misiuni pentru implementarea rezultatelor obtinute si crearea  de beneficii pentru firma dumneavoastra.

Singura obligatie a firmei dumneavoastra o constituie serviciile de gazda - asigurarea cazarii si mesei consultantului olandez, in conditii decente, pe durata acordarii consultantei.  Aceasta poate  fi de o saptamana  sau cel mult o luna.

La sfarsitul perioadei de lucru in Romania, la solicitarea dumneavoastra si daca expertul olandez va considera oportun, acesta va ajuta firma sa gaseasca un partener de afaceri olandez. Pentru aceasta expertul olandez va sonda piata in vederea identificarii potentialilor parteneri sau finantatori, urmand sa va invite in Olanda. Consultantul olandez se va ocupa si de organizarea intalnirilor de afaceri pentru negocierea contractelor. Cheltuielile de transport, cazare si masa in Olanda, pentru reprezentantul firmei dumneavoastra, vor fi suportate de NMCP. 

O alta posibilitate de a continua colaborarea dupa incheierea misiunii de consultanta, este specializarea unor angajati ai firmei dumneavoastra intr-o firma olandeza cu domeniu de activitate similar. Cheltuielile de cazare, masa, transport pentru angajatii firmei vor fi acoperite de NMCP si partenerul olandez.
