Abstract of the Project:

The mobile manager (m-boss) and its flexible workers concepts are the best solutions for rapid decentralization and debirocratisation of the large structures, both public and private.

For SMEs the m-boss/po-jama people are the key for add value activities. The organization needs to have a virtual network platform to increase the number of teleworkers, to save space and time, to increase efficiency and competitiveness of the company and each person. Better working conditions for teleworkers will increase motivation, comfort, honestity and life quality.

A creative balance between technology and organisational behaviour will be attended when developing the methods and the e-tools.

The m-boss NET is a solution given by the digital knowledge management for acceleration of the European Integration-Enlargement process and implementation of the NEW economy based on knowledge.

The best practice of CAT in creating and developing m-boss/po-jama people could be extended to a large European Consortiums formed by 10-12 countries, both EU and in accession.
