Abstract of the Project:

The socio-political and economic problems of the Eastern Gypsies has a solution: introducing eWork and then networking nomad persons; creation of “the digital nomad gypsy”.

The digitalization of the nomad gypsies is a good example of how a “mobile citizen” can compete within a Knowledge Society for All.

An integrated on-line platform with e-tools based on the latest ICT multi-media, data base and knowledge management will be available for every gypsy. 

Training programs and virtual business centers will support the rapid growth of knowledge at the level of every person and his community, making them sustainable and better integrated into the e-decentralised European Society and New Enlarged Economy. 

CAT has good practice in networking people, organizations or communities and would like to participate in European Consortium realized with 10-15 both EU and accession countries.
