  MEMBERS' RIGHTS AND DUTIES

      The CAT FOUNDING MEMBER has the following rights:

      1.   Names a representative within CAT General Assembly;
      2.   Participates to the reunions of the General Assembly and receives freely their working documents;
      3.   Has one vote within the General Assembly;
      4.   Beneficiates permanently and with priority of  CAT information, of the Transylvanian Commodity Exchange bulletin and has the right of option on the operations selected within 48 hours before publishing in the newspaper;
      5.   Has access to the weekly press releases and participates to the press conferences.
      6.   Beneficiates of free representation in the country and abroad through the representatives’ network of our Center.
      7.   Beneficiates with priority of the products and services included in the “Common Market” - FIRST TRANSYLVANIAN ELECTRONIC MARKET  program.
      8.  Beneficiates with priority of the services offered by CAT;
      •  participation to the priority programs for local development;
      •  publication of the requests and offers for merchandise, services and investments in the exchange bulletin;
      •  internal and international lines of communication of the Center: telephone, fax, telex, E-mail;
      •  access to TENNIS CLUB;
      •  consulting and specialized assistance services, preparation course;.
      •  actions, advertising and promotion materials; advertising WEB pages /INTERNET;
      •  bureautics and administrative services;
      •  rented spaces at the exhibitions organized by CAT;
      •  participation to the economic missions abroad;
      •  other services offered by the other founding members, members, observers or guests;
       9.   Receives two free invitations- VIP regime- to the shows and events organized under CAT aegis;
      10.  Participates freely to the Businessmen Cocktail - CATCLUB;
      11.  Can receive the title of “Firm of Honor” with scarf and distinction after five years of uninterrupted participation to the activities of CAT.
       

      The CAT FOUNDING MEMBER has the following duties:

      1. To keep in permanent contact with the CAT departments in order to get the information of 
          which beneficiates with priority;
      2. To inform CAT departments about the actions he wants to take over or to which he wants 
           to take part in and within 12 hours to express his right of option;
      3.  To give a cash financial assistance or services accepted and calculated in lei - the 
           equivalent of 99 USD, amount which is discounted on the 15th day  of every month. The 
                   amount will be deposited in cash at the pay office of CAT and a receipt will be delivered. 
           The services given or the products delivered are quantified and compensated by CAT.

      The CAT MEMBER has the following rights:


      oMEMBER Protocol

      1.  Names a representative within the General Assembly , which participates to the reunions 
             and receives freely their  documents of work.
      2.  Owns a consultative role within the General Assembly sessions.
      3.  Beneficiates of the CAT information, Transylvanian Commodity Exchange bulletin and has the right of option on the operations selected within 24 hours before publishing in the newspaper;
      4.  Participates to the press conferences of CAT.
      5.  Beneficiates of free representation in the country and abroad through the Center network of representatives;
      6.  Beneficiates of the products and services included in the “CAT Common Market” - FIRST TRANSYLVANIAN ELECTRONIC MARKET  program;
      7.  Beneficiates of the services given by CAT:

      •  participation to the priority programs for local development;
      •  publication of the requests and offers for merchandise, services and investments in the exchange bulletin;
      •  internal and international lines of communication of the Center: telephone, fax, telex, E-mail;
      •  access to TENNIS CLUB;
      •  consultancy and specialized assistance services, preparation courses;
      •  actions, advertising and promotion materials; advertising WEB pages /INTERNET;
      •  bureautics and administrative services;
      •  rented spaces at the exhibitions organized by CAT;
      •  participation to the economic missions abroad;
      •  other services offered by the other founding members, members, observers or guests;

              50 % discount;
      9.   Participates freely to the Businessmen Cocktail organized monthly by CATCLUB;
      10. Can receive the title of “Firm of Honor” with scarf  and  distinction after 8 years of 
            uninterrupted participation to the activities of CAT.
       

      THE CAT MEMBER has the following duties:

      1. To maintain permanent contact with the CAT departments in order to get the priority information;
      2. To inform the CAT departments about the actions he wants to take over or to which he wants 
           to take part in and within 12 hours to express his right of option;
      3.  To give a cash financial assistance or services accepted and calculated in lei - the 
           equivalent of 35-100 USD,  which will be discounted on the 15th day of every month; 
           The amount will be deposited in cash at the pay office of CAT and a receipt will be 
           delivered. The services given or the products delivered are quantified  and compensated by 
           CAT.

      THE CAT OBSERVER has the following rights:

      oOBSERVER Protocol

      1.  Names a representative within the General Assembly, which participates to the reunions 
             and receives freely their  documents of work;
      2.  Owns an observer role within the General Assembly sessions;
      3.  Beneficiates of the CAT information,  the Transylvanian Commodity Exchange bulletin put at his disposal  12 hours before their publication in the newspapers;
      4.  Participates to the press conferences of CAT;
      5.  Beneficiates of free representation in the country and abroad through the Center network of representatives;
      6.  Beneficiates of the products and services included in the “CAT Common Market” - FIRST TRANSYLVANIAN ELECTRONIC MARKET  program;
      7.  Beneficiates of the services given by CAT:

      •  participation to the priority programs for local development;
      •  publication of the requests and offers for merchandise, services and investments in the exchange bulletin;
      •  internal and international lines of communication of the Center: telephone, fax, telex, E-mail;
      •  access to TENNIS CLUB;

            uninterrupted participation to the activities of CAT.
       
       

      THE CAT OBSERVER has the following duties:

      1. To maintain permanent contact with the CAT departments in order to get priority information;
      2. To inform the CAT departments about the actions he wants to take over or to which he wants 
           to take part in and within 12 hours to express his right of option;
      3.  To give a cash financial assistance  or services accepted and calculated in lei - the 
           equivalent of 20-69 USD, amount which will be discounted on the 15th day of every month. 
           The amount will be deposited in cash at the pay office of CAT and a receipt will be 
           delivered. The services given or the products delivered are quantified  and compensated 
           by CAT.

      THE CAT GUEST has the following rights:

      1.  Names a representative within the General Assembly, which participates to the reunions 
             and receives freely their  documents of work;
      2.  Beneficiates with priority of the following services at the usual prices:
      •  internal and international lines of communication of the Center :telephone, fax, telex, E-mail;
      •  consultancy and specialized assistance services, preparation courses.
      •  actions, advertising and promotion materials; advertising WEB pages /INTERNET;
      •  bureautics and administrative services;
      •  rented spaces at the exhibitions organized by CAT;
      •  participation to the economic missions abroad;
      •  other services offered by the other founding members, members, observers or guests;
      •  invitation to the Businessmen Cocktail-CATCLUB.

      THE CAT GUEST has the following duties:

      1. To maintain permanent contact with the CAT departments in order to get  the priority information;
      2. To give voluntarily technical and/or financial assistance in order to support the activity
           and CAT programs.
